At Pinnacle Signs, we are constantly learning, adapting and growing as a company. To that end, we attend seminars, workshops, webinars and specialist events in order to serve you better and help attain not only our goals, but yours as well. Recently, I attended an event geared towards Customer Relations. In that workshop, I learned about a personality grid that I found particularly interesting. The grid outlined personality types in reference to how those personality types like to work. What I came to realize through this course was that each of us at Pinnacle Signs filled a particular square on this grid.
Abby – Abby resides in the “Relater” square. Her prowess lies in understanding our customer as well as understanding the production side. She is our marketing and design expert for this exact reason. She excels in her creativity and design prowess. She helps to project our strengths to the world and make us and our clients look good while doing it.

aye – Kaye resides in the “Socializer” square. The personality of this square lies in managing jobs, clients and employees well. Due to this strength Kaye is the buffer that translates the complex nature of our business into something that someone completely unfamiliar with it can understand. She manages quotes and ensures that the needs and concerns of our clients are met and exceeded.
Mike – Mike resides in the “Thinker Analytic” square. The characteristics of this square include attention to detail, focus and a purposeful search for the best systems/methods. With this in mind, it’s no surprise that Mike occupies this square. He is our go-to guy when someone calls with a unique situation that they need some help figuring out. Mike has an engineering mind that allows him to develop the perfect solution for the problem while providing outstanding visibility for our clients’ projects.
Me (Joel) – I reside in the “Director” square. This personality type is based around getting things done quickly and getting on to the next task. I always have a list beside me that contains all of the jobs I have to do that day or week and by the end of the day, my priority is to have as many of those tasks as possible done. While this may sound usual, with this personality type, it’s almost an obsession. I feel that it is this aspect of my personality that helps us to make sure that our jobs are done quickly, correctly, and on time.
With this in mind, it’s no surprise that Pinnacle Signs’ specialty is customer service. All of our personality types build on each other and mesh together so that we can cover all aspects of a sign project!
