With a unique set of skills, an artistic as well as an engineering mind and a gift for building things, Mike is the chief consultant and man with the plan. Mike has a great capability to help you create the image you are trying to project and to do it within your budget. With many years of experience with a variety of businesses as well as in the sign business, Mike is a solid business person who knows that the way to excel in any economy is to take care of your customers first. Outside of the business, Mike can be found enjoying his Church, loving on his family, gardening, taking pictures at his son’s football games, or doing woodworking projects.
Kaye Rutter
Owner / General Office Manager
Kaye, wife of Mike, co-owns the business with him and works hard at keeping everything running like a top. She is a warm person who tries to take care of every person or creature (dogs, birds, cats) who come to or through our door. She has many years of sign experience, prioritizes our projects carefully, and keeps things organized as carefully as possible. If your project needs some special TLC, Kaye is the person to call. Besides enjoying working with the best team ever here at PS&G, Kaye enjoys her family and all their animals, her Church, her garden, and her friends.
Joel Tanner
Graphic Designer / Production Guru
Joel has an eye for design. His other eye is usually spent reading tech blogs and keeping an eye on the newest sign advances. From start to finish, Joel follows your project and helps make sure your message gets across in an aesthetic and pleasing way that makes your future customers say, “I wanna partner with that business!” In his free time, Joel is usually spoiling his dogs, playing Xbox and enjoying the natural wonders that the beautiful state of Arkansas has to offer!
Abby Ethington
Graphic Designer / Internet Marketing Specialist
Abby’s real title at PS&G is “Jill of All Trades” because she is not only a graphic designer, but she is also an assistant to Kaye, marketing manager and project manager, (occasionally you can even catch her at the table doing production work)! She is very detail oriented and works hard to keep everyone else in line (especially Kaye). In her life outside of PS&G, Abby participates and trains for triathlons and is a member at the Grande Maumelle Sailing Club where she owns and races a Thistle sailboat.
