If you have never ordered a sign before, the process can be a little confusing. But at PS&G, we work try to make it as simple as possible. Every sign we make is custom built and the turn-around is on average, 7-10 business days.
Here is a step-by-step explanation of our process:
- Contact Pinnacle Signs & Graphics and we’ll ask you some basic questions so we can determine what kind of sign you need and your budget.
- We’ll put together an estimate for how much the sign should cost and send it to you for approval.
- After you approve the estimate and payment of a deposit, we’ll start working on designing your sign. Once we have finished, we will send you a proof of what your sign will look like. If there is something you would like changed, we’ll make those changes until you are satisfied with the result.
- After you have approved the proof, we will go into production, whether it be cutting vinyl or printing and applying the sign to the proper substrate.
- Once your sign is finished we’ll call you and let you know it’s ready to be picked up or installed.
