Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers and discuss sign options that fit functionally, style and durability needs.
- Survey customer location. Ability to read a tape measure is beneficial.
- Dream up beautiful signs and collaborate with designers to put them on paper.
- Estimate and deliver signage package in professional manner.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and communication throughout the process.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous Sales Experience.
- Experience in the sign industry is a plus.
- A love for communication.
- Thrive in fast paced environment with performance goals.
- Willing to go the extra mile to do a good job.

- How much will you make? Pay is based on candidate experience and sales ability.
- Is health insurance provided? For full-time employees, we pay 100% health and dental premiums for employee only plans. (Family premiums paid by the employee.)
- How much overtime? This position rarely has overtime.

- When can you start? Looking for someone immediately but willing to take the time to find the right candidate.
