Our mission first and foremost is to make our customers look great! We are looking for a devoted employee who will fit into our culture of providing stylish, durable, and functional signage.



A Day in the Life

Full Time; Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
Greet incoming customers when they arrive and direct to the appropriate employee as
needed.
Answer and transfer incoming calls.
Scanning and filing vendor and customer invoices.
Responsible for collecting customer payments.
Responsible for sending invoices and following up monthly on outstanding balances.
Help maintain portfolio of completed projects.
Receive, sort and deliver mail and packages.
Other miscellaneous tasks as needed.



Required Skills

Ability to operate basic office equipment, i.e. telephone, computer, and copier.
Working knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in the absence of specific instructions.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to get along well with others.
Accurate typing and ability to take dictation may be required.
Good judgment; tact and courtesy; initiative.
An excellent telephone manner.
