Seeking a well-rounded individual to join our team. This individual will assist both the production and installation team with their daily tasks. The role is designed to find the strengths of the individual and move them into a position that best suits their strengths.

Production Responsibilities
- Basic upkeep of equipment and work area.
- Responsible for prepping substrates and material for applications and installations. This involves use of basic tools, i.e., tape measure, table saw, etc.
- Assist with load and unload of material.
- Assistant Production Specialist with:
o Operate large format printer and plotter.
o Trim prints, weed vinyl, and apply to various substrates. - Willing to expand knowledge of current and new equipment.
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Basic upkeep of warehouse: i.e., sweeping, cleaning off services, organization.
- Run errands to pick up material or deliver completed goods.
- Assist with loading and unloading to prepare for installations.
- Responsible for onsite vinyl installations under supervision.
Install Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle graphic installations, including spot graphics and partial wraps.
- Responsible for onsite vinyl installations under supervision.
- Support installation crew with off-site customer installs. May involve using equipment and hand tools.
- May have direct contact with customers while onsite during installation. Will need to present self in professional manner.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Basic Job Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be 18 or older with valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and climb ladder or use lift.
- Drug screening and background check will be administered.

- Where all do we go for vinyl installations? Off-site vinyl installations occur a few times a week. All are located in Arkansas and will not require overnight installations. Vehicle graphic installations occur at Pinnacle Signs Warehouse.
- How much will you make? Pay is based on experience, starting at $12-$15/hr.
- Is health insurance provided? For full-time employees, we pay 100% health and dental premiums, but employees would cover family plan.
- How much overtime? This position rarely has overtime.
- What about vacation time? Yes please, we are about balance. Family life is important to all of us!
- When can you start? Looking for someone immediately but willing to take the time to find the right candidate.
